Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/36/16, para. 43), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above project preparation at the level of funding indicated in Annex VII to the present report and subject to the conditions provided in Decision 36/17.
