Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/36/16, para. 72), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above project at the level of funding indicated in Annex VII to the present report, on the understanding that the disbursement of the approved funds would be subject to Venezuela declaring its preferred option for the starting point of implementation of its national aggregate consumption, in line with Decision 35/57.
