Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/36/16, para. 86), the Executive Committee decided to approve the 2002 annual implementation programme for the solvent sector in China, at the level of funding indicated in Annex VII to the present report, on the understanding that no disbursement would occur until after the required information on the use of carbon tetrachloride as a process agent had been provided.
