Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/37/22 paras. 49 and 50), the Executive Committee decided to approve the German component of the CFC national phase-out plan for Brazil at the level of funding indicated in Annex II to the present report, in accordance with the agreement between the Government of Brazil and the Executive Committee, contained in Annex IV to the present report.
