Having considered the comments and recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/37/4, paras. 7 and 8), the Executive Committee decided to take note of the report on the desk study on halon projects presented in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/37/6, and request the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to proceed with the field evaluations taking into account the comments received.
