Decision 37/59

Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/37/22 paras. 101 and 102), the Executive Committee decided for future meetings that, if a final draft of an agreement which represented an essential component of a phase-out project had not been submitted for the consideration of the Sub-Committee on Project Review by the close of business on the second day of its deliberations, then approval of the project concerned would be deferred until a subsequent meeting.
