Following the discussion, the Executive Committee decided to request the Secretariat to prepare proposals, for consideration by the Executive Committee at its 39th meeting, on how to re-organize the work within the Sub-Committee on Project Review and the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance, for the monitoring of national phase-out plans and ensuring compliance through those plans.
