Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/37/4, paras. 22 and 23), the Executive Committee decided:
(a) To note with appreciation the Consolidated Progress Report of the Multilateral Fund as contained in UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/37/11;
(b) To request the Treasurer, the implementing agencies and the Secretariat to provide a full reconciliation of the Accounts of the Fund and the progress reports to the 38th meeting of the Executive Committee;
(c) To continue to monitor training, recovery and recycling, and halon banking projects, and provide details to the Sub-Committee on those projects where delays would affect the ability of a country to comply with its obligations under the Montreal Protocol, or where delays were particularly severe.
