Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/38/14, paragraphs 21 and 22), the Executive Committee decided to continue to consider, on a case-by-case basis, projects in which Decision 37/20 (a) was involved.
