Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/38/14 paragraphs 23 to 25), the Executive Committee decided to approve the requests for bilateral cooperation, as contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/38/16 and UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/38/16/Corr.1 with the amendments below, at the level of funding indicated in Annex IV to the present report.
