Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/38/14, paragraph 46), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above projects at the level of funding indicated in Annex IV to the present report on the understanding that the level of funding was consistent with past approvals and express to the Governments concerned its observations indicated in Annex VI to the present report.
