Decision 38/29

Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/38/14, paragraphs 47 and 48), the Executive Committee decided to approve the extension of the institutional strengthening project in Albania for one year at the level of funding indicated in Annex IV to the present report,  on the understanding that its decision was without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol’s mechanisms dealing with non-compliance issues.
