Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/38/14, paragraphs 87 to 89), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above project proposals at the level of funding indicated in Annex IV to the present report, which included the reduction of US $29,600 to take account of the Japanese bilateral activity, in accordance with the agreement between the Government of Nigeria and the Executive Committee, contained in Annex XII to the present report.
