Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/38/14, paragraphs 95 and 96), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above project proposal at the level of funding indicated in Annex IV to the present report.
