China: 2003 Annual programme - Halon sector (World Bank) (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/38/27, Add.1, Add.1/Corr.1 and Add.2)
Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/38/14 paragraphs 111 and 112), the Executive Committee decided to approve the annual programme and support costs at the level of funding indicated in Annex IV to the present report, noting that the support costs were calculated at a rate of 7.5 per cent, consistent with Decision 38/68.
