India: Sector plan for phasing out of CTC consumption in the chlorinated rubber sub-sector (World Bank) (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/38/35, UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/38/35/Add.1 and UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/38/35/Add.2)
Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/38/14, paragraphs 115 and 116), the Executive Committee decided:
(a) To note that a number of issues remained outstanding and that the proposal was not yet ready for consideration by the Executive Committee;
(b) That the project would remain in the World Bank’s 2002 business plan;
(c) In undertaking the future review of this project, to apply Decision 38/63 on the funding of technology that is not in the public domain.
