The Executive Committee decided that the 39th meeting of the Executive Committee would be held in Montreal from 2 to 4 April 2003, to be preceded by meetings of the Sub-Committee on Monitoring, Evaluation and Finance and the Sub-Committee on Project Review, to be held at the same venue on 31 March and 1 April 2003.
