Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/39/19, paragraph 33), the Executive Committee decided to approve the above project proposals at the level of funding indicated in Annex VI to the present report and express to the governments concerned its observations indicated in Annex IX to the present report.
