Sri Lanka: Formulation of the national phase-out plan

Having considered the comments and recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/39/19, paragraphs 47 and 48), the Executive Committee decided to defer the above project.
