Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/39/19, paragraph 53), the Executive Committee decided to approve UNIDO’s 2003 work programme, as contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/39/24, with the amendments below, at the level of funding indicated in Annex VI to the present report.
