Having noted paragraph 16 of the overview paper (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/40/27), as well as the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/40/26, paragraphs 17 and 18), the Executive Committee decided to request implementing and bilateral agencies to indicate qualitatively in all relevant reports, especially those related to tranches of funding, the extent to which reductions in phase-out had been influenced by factors external to the project in the country concerned.
