Having considered the recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/40/26, paragraph 27), the Executive Committee decided:
- To approve the requests for bilateral cooperation contained in document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/40/28 at the level of funding indicated in Annex III to the present report with the exception of the project on phase-out of the use of methyl bromide in grain storage in Indonesia, submitted by Canada, which had been deferred; and
- To request the Treasurer to offset the costs of the bilateral projects, as follows:
- US $47,016 against the balance of Germany’s bilateral contributions for 2003; and
- US $73,450 against the balance of Sweden’s bilateral contributions for 2003.
