Serbia and Montenegro: Refrigerant management plan: customs training and institutional framework
Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/40/26, paragraph 46), the Executive Committee decided to defer the project proposal on customs training and institutional framework until it was presented within the national CFC phase-out plan.
