Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/40/26, paragraph 47), the Executive Committee decided to require from Parties an official commitment in writing to ratify the London Amendment to the Montreal Protocol before funding could be approved for their projects.
