Having considered the comments and recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/40/26, paragraphs 63 to 65), the Executive Committee decided to defer consideration of the project and to request UNDP to present additional information to the 41st Meeting to allow evaluation of the project at that time.
