Having considered the comments and recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/41/14, paragraphs 30 and 31), the Executive Committee decided to approve the bilateral component of the above project proposal at the level of funding indicated in Annex V to the present report.
