Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/41/14, paragraph 91), the Executive Committee decided to approve the 2004 work programme of the China halon phase-out plan at a total cost of US $1,200,000 plus agency support costs of US $90,000.
