Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/41/14, paragraphs 114 and 115), the Executive Committee decided to defer the above project proposal, with the understanding that Venezuela wished to submit it again at a time when the CFC production sector project was clearly understood.
