Decision 41/69

The Executive Committee noted that UNIDO had submitted a refrigeration sector CFC phase-out plan for Mexico to address the remaining consumption of 1,778 ODP tonnes, but that agreement had not been reached in time. Consequently, having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/41/14, paragraph 130), the Executive Committee decided to defer consideration of the project to the 42nd Meeting of the Executive Committee.
