Monitoring, reporting, verification and enforceable licensing and quota systems

Having considered the recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Project Review (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/41/14, paragraph 157), the Executive Committee decided to request the Secretariat to prepare an updated list of countries which lacked import and export licensing systems.
