Support for data reporting in Article 5 countries (paragraphs 7 and 8 of UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/42/16)
Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided to urge implementing and bilateral agencies to provide all assistance possible to countries for which they were implementing institutional strengthening projects in order to eliminate instances of non-reporting of data.
