Decision 42/24

The Executive Committee decided to approve the renewal of the institutional strengthening project for the Philippines for one year only, at the level of funding indicated in Annex VI to the present report, on the understanding that the approval was without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol’s mechanism for dealing with non-compliance, and to express to the Government of the Philippines the views contained in Annex VII to the present report.
