The Executive Committee decided to request the Treasurer to offset the costs of the bilateral projects approved at the 43rd Meeting, as follows:
- US $468,125 against the balance of Canada’s bilateral contributions for 2004;
- US $226,000 against the balance of France’s bilateral contributions for 2004;
- US $670,454 against the balance of Germany’s bilateral contributions for 2005;
- US $751,902 against the balance of Japan’s bilateral contributions for 2004; and
- US $234,362 against the balance of Sweden’s bilateral contributions for 2004.
