The Executive Committee decided:
- To approve the preparation of the investment component of the refrigerant management plan in Bhutan at the level of funding of US $15,000, plus support costs of US $1,125 for UNDP, on the understanding that funds would not be disbursed until the instrument of ratification had been deposited with the United Nations; and
- To request UNDP to amend its 2004 business plan accordingly.
