Decision 43/27

The Executive Committee decided:

1. To approve in principle the national CFC phase-out management plan for Cuba at a total level of funding of US $2,145,000 plus agency support costs of US $256,245 for Germany, Canada, France and UNDP;
2. Also to approve the Agreement between the Government of Cuba and the Executive Committee contained in Annex IV to the present report; and
3. Further, to approve funding for the first tranche of the project as indicated below:
   1. US $120,000 plus support costs of US $15,600 for Germany;
   2. US $200,000 plus support costs of US $26,000 for France; and
   3. US $400,000 plus support costs of US $52,000 for Canada.
