Decision 43/40

Following the discussion, the Executive Committee decided to request the Secretariat, in cooperation with interested Parties, to prepare a paper, for consideration at the 45th Meeting, on a procedure for using support costs, consistent with Decision 26/41, in a more flexible manner to address the issues raised in paragraph 146 of document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/42/54 while allowing bilateral agencies to decide which modalities would apply to them.
