After further discussion, the Executive Committee decided to request the implementing agencies to ensure that all verification procedures required under the relevant agreement had been completed and were included in the project document prior to its submission. In the event that all verification procedures had not been completed, agencies should notify the Secretariat in advance and discuss outstanding issues.
