The Executive Committee decided:
- To urge Germany to find alternative sources of funding for the projects remaining in its 2004 and 2005 business plans; and
- That the non-submission of the 2004 annual tranche of Brazil’s CFC phase-out project should not be taken into consideration in assessing performance against relevant UNDP business plan targets for 2004.
