Decision 44/19

Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided to approve Phase IV of the institutional strengthening project for Fiji for a one-year period, without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol’s mechanism on non-compliance, at the amount of US $30,000, and to express to the Government of Fiji the views contained in Annex IV to the present report.
