After discussion, the Executive Committee decided to approve the provision of a sum of US $18,000 for institutional strengthening on an exceptional basis, taking into consideration the circumstances facing the National Ozone Unit in Grenada after the destruction by a hurricane in 2004 of 90 per cent of the country’s infrastructure.
