Decision 44/24

Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided to approve Phase V of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s institutional strengthening project, at the funding level indicated in Annex III, for a one-year period, without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol’s mechanism on non-compliance, and to express to the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran the views contained in Annex IV to the present report (decision XVI/20).
