The Executive Committee decided to approve the project proposal for the total phase-out of methyl bromide in soil, substrate, storage and structure fumigation at the level of funding indicated in Annex III to the present report in accordance with the Agreement between the Government of Cuba and the Executive Committee contained in Annex VII to the present report.
