Decision 45/20

The Executive Committee decided to approve phase IV of Honduras’ institutional strengthening project, at the level of funding indicated in Annex VII to the present report, on the understanding that the approval was without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol's mechanism for dealing with non-compliance, and to express to the Government of Honduras the views contained in Annex VIII to the present report.
