Decision 45/22

The Executive Committee decided to approve the request for release of funding for the second year of phase II of the institutional strengthening project for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines at the level of funding indicated in Annex VII to the present report, on the understanding that the approval was without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol's mechanism for dealing with non compliance.
