The Executive Committee decided:
- To approve the proposal for harmonization of legislative and regulatory systems in English-speaking Africa at the level of funding indicated in Annex VII to the present report; and
- To request UNEP to complete the project within 18 months and to provide a completion report by the end of 2006.
