Decision 45/31

Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided to approve the project preparation in the fumigants sector as an exceptional case, at the level of funding indicated in Annex VII to the present report, and to urge Serbia and Montenegro to supply additional information to the Ozone Secretariat on consumption of methyl bromide and apply for a revision of its methyl bromide baseline.
