Decision 45/34

Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided to approve phase VI of the institutional strengthening project for Chile for a period of one year only, at the level of funding indicated in Annex VII to the present report, on the understanding that the approval was without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol's mechanism for dealing with non-compliance, and to express to the Government of Chile the views contained in Annex VIII to the present report.
