Decision 45/40

Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided to approve the reinstatement of the project and authorized use of the amount of US $113,250, plus agency support costs of US $10,193 for UNIDO, being the unspent balance of the project funds which had not been returned to the Multilateral Fund by UNIDO.
