Following a discussion, the Executive Committee decided:
- To approve, in principle, the national CFC phase-out plan for Romania, at a total level of funding of US $545,300, plus agency support costs of US $47,470 for UNIDO and Sweden;
- To approve the agreement between the Government of Romania and the Executive Committee contained in Annex XII to the present report, and
- To approve the first tranche of the plan at a funding level of US $159,050, plus support costs of US $11,929 for UNIDO, and US $119,500, plus support costs of US $15,535 for Sweden.
