Viet Nam: National CFC and halon phase-out plan (first tranche) (World Bank) (UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/45/44 and UNEP/OzL.Pro/ExCom/45/44/Add.1)
Following discussions between the Secretariat and the World Bank and subsequent to consideration of the related policy issue under agenda item 7(a) on the flexibility conditions in phase-out agreements, the Executive Committee decided:
- To approve the agreement between the Government of Viet Nam and the Executive Committee, as contained in Annex XIII to the present report; and
- To approve the first annual work programme for 2005 at a funding level of US $495,537, plus support costs of US $37,165 for the World Bank.
